We’re thrilled that our friends at Good Innergy will be joining us for this event! Good Innergy Bars are fresh, organic, plant-based energy bars handmade in the Metro Detroit area. They feature clean ingredients sweetened with maple syrup and are free from preservatives, seed oils, or refined sugars.

We’ll begin in the sauna (or on the patio, if the weather cooperates!) with gentle stretching and mindful movement, followed by a guided meditation and breathwork session focused on themes of renewal and grounding.

Then, transition into using the sauna and cold plunge space for a restorative soak with time to reset solo or connect with others. Good Innergy will be offering delicious product samples for us to enjoy.

Hosted in collaboration with Detroit Wellness Social Club founder MB, this workshop is all about slowing down and showing up mindfully.
